# set
<module-index>/<port-index> P_UE_CBFC_VC [<vc_index>, <storage_index>] <per_vc_cl> <vc_mapping> <mask_pcp_dei> <value_pcp_dei> <mask_dscp>

# get
<module-index>/<port-index> P_UE_CBFC_VC [<vc_index>, <storage_index>] ?

Description

Configures the Credit Limit and VC Mapping for a specific VC. Only the lossless VCs use the configured credit limit and mapping. The best-effort VCs ignore them.

The sum of the credit limits of each lossless VC should be less than or equal to the Total Credit Limit configured by P_UE_CBFC_LINK.

The VC mapping determines how the frames are mapped to each VC.

Actions

set, get

Indices

  1. vc_index: integer, unsigned 32-bit integer. The index of the VC. Range 0 to num_vcs-1, where num_vcs is configured by P_UE_CBFC_NUMVCS.

  2. storage_index: integer, unsigned 32-bit integer. The index of the configuration data storage to access. See Configuration Storage Indexing for details.

Important

Only storage_index values of 0 and 1 are allowed for the set action. If you try to set with storage_index > 1, you will receive an response with a bad status code.

Parameters

  1. per_vc_cl: integer, unsigned 32-bit integer. Configurable credit limit of the specified VC.

  • Default value: 0.

  • Allowed range: 1 to 2^19-1

  • Resolution: 1

  1. vc_mapping: byte, byte. The VC mapping mode.

  • Allowed values:

    • DISABLE = 0: Disable packet to VC identification matching.

    • VLAN = 1: Use PCP/DEI values in the packet header for packet to VC identification matching.

    • DSCP = 2: Use DSCP value in the packet header for packet to VC identification matching.

    • HANDLE = 3: Use the value configured by the value parameter for packet to VC identification matching.

  • Default value: DISABLE

  1. mask_pcp_dei: hex, 4-bit mask. The mask value applied to the PCP/DEI field in the packet header for packet to VC identification matching. This parameter is only applicable when vc_mapping is set to VLAN.

  • Default value: 0x0F.

  • Allowed range: 0x00 to 0x0F

  1. value_pcp_dei: hex, 4-bit value. The 4-bit value_pcp_dei contains the L2 packet PCP/DEI value after the mask_pcp_dei mask is applied identifying this VC. The set of packets that are members of the VC are those where (pcp_dei_in_packet & mask_pcp_dei) == value_pcp_dei is TRUE. This parameter is only applicable when vc_mapping is set to VLAN.

  • Default value: 0x00

  • Allowed range: 0x00 to 0x0F

  1. mask_dscp: hex, 6-bit mask. The mask value applied to the DSCP field in the packet header for packet to VC identification matching. This parameter is only applicable when vc_mapping is set to DSCP.

  • Default value: 0x3F.

  • Allowed range: 0x00 to 0x3F

  1. value_dscp: hex, 6-bit value. The 6-bit value_dscp contains the DSCP value after the mask_dscp mask is applied identifying this VC. The set of packets that are members of the VC are those where (dscp_in_packet & mask_dscp) == value_dscp is TRUE. This parameter is only applicable when vc_mapping is set to DSCP.

  • Default value: 0x00.

  • Allowed range: 0x00 to 0x3F

  1. value_handle: integer, 12-bit value. The value of the handle used for packet to VC identification matching when vc_mapping is set to HANDLE.

  • Default value: 0.

  • Allowed range: 0 to 2^12-1.

Example

# set
input: 0/1 P_UE_CBFC_VC [0,0] 8192 VLAN 0x0F 0x0A 0x00 0x00 123
output: <OK>

# get
input: 0/1 P_UE_CBFC_VC [0,0] ?
output: 0/1 P_UE_CBFC_VC [0,0] 8192 VLAN 0x0F 0x0A 0x00 0x00 123
