Xena Solution Tracks provide optional access to enhanced T&M features for niche requirements and specialized use cases on a single hardware test module. They extend Xena’s core functionality with advanced capabilities for specialized test scenarios and can be enabled on any compatible module — without requiring hardware changes.
3.8.1. Solution Tracks Explained
A single module can install multiple Solution Tracks - once installed the Solution Tracks are bound to the module. By activating different Solution Tracks (one at a time), you can transform a single hardware platform into distinct test solutions — without the need for separate dedicated modules enabling you to tailor your test environment as requirements evolve
Solution Tracks grow over time, with new capabilities added as technologies evolve and market needs change. Four Solution Tracks are currently available, each designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing Xena environment.
Solution Tracks are continuously enhanced through regular software releases. As technologies advance and customer requirements evolve, new features and improvements are introduced and automatically made available to modules covered by an active warranty — ensuring your investment continues to deliver value over time.
Each Solution Track is supported by dedicated XM3 and XOA functionalities, delivering an optimized user experience tailored to specific test workflows and enabling intuitive access to its distinct feature set.

3.8.2. How to Use Solution Tracks
The procedure of installing and activating Solution Tracks is designed to be straightforward and user-friendly, allowing you to easily customize your test environment to meet your specific needs:
First you can install multiple Solution Tracks on a single module, each requires a separate key.
A demo key will install all the Solution Tracks supported by the module.
Select the Solution Track you wish to activate, and configure the module media and port speed accordingly.
