  3. ethertype: hex2, 2 bytes, EtherType for the CC_Update message.

  • Default: 0x8808

  • Allowed range: 0x0000 to 0xFFFF

  1. opcode: hex2, 2 bytes, Opcode for the CC_Update message.

  • Default: 0xFFFE (Extension opcode)

  • Allowed range: 0x0000 to 0xFFFF

  1. cid: hex3, 3 bytes, Company ID for the CC_Update message.

  • Default: 0xFA7ACB

  • Allowed range: 0x000000 to 0xFFFFFF
