Used by the CBFC Sender to map streams to CBFC virtual channels.

stream_index: integer, unsigned 32-bit integer, the stream index.

Parameters

vc_index: integer, unsigned 32-bit integer. The index of the VC for the stream to map to.

Allowed range: 0 to num_vcs-1, where num_vcs is configured by P_UE_CBFC_NUMVCS.

If empty, the mapping is considered disabled.

To map Stream 0 to VC 31
