ANLT Testing Mode

The objective of ANLT testing mode is to test the ANLT protocol.

On top of the operation mode, ANLT testing mode enables customers to manually run the Link Training protocol, customize AN and LT protocol configuration and parameters, debug Link Training protocol via trace logging, etc.

Feature-wise, ANLT test mode is a superset of ANLT operation mode.
