Returns a list of the total TLS state counters. The counters returned corresponds the the following TLS states:

  • TLS_INACTIVE

  • TLS_HANDSHAKING

  • TLS_HANDSHAKE_DONE

  • TLS_HANDSHAKE_FAILED

  • TLS_FAILED

  • TLS_INTERNAL_FAILED

  • TLS_CLOSE_NOTIFY

  • TLS_DONE
