- LOA = 1: Loss of Alignment (LOA) condition.
- HI_SER = 2: High Symbol Error Rate (Hi-SER) condition.
- ITB = 3: Invalid Transcode Block (ITB) condition.
- ERRCWD = 4: Error 64b/66b codeword condition.
