1. target: byte, the target to clear LLDP information for, can be one of the following: * ALL = 0, clear all LLDP information. * LOCAL = 1, clear local LLDP information. * REMOTE = 2, clear remote LLDP information. * STATS = 3, clear LLDP statistics.
